Gather & Grow is a supportive community for families connected to foster care and adoption, including prospective families, foster and adoptive parents, kinship caregivers, and adoptees.

Caring for children from hard places is beautiful and meaningful, but it can also feel complex and isolating. You were never meant to carry it alone. Gather & Grow creates space for encouragement, shared experiences, and practical support among people who understand this journey firsthand.

Each gathering includes a short talk from an experienced foster or adoptive parent, adoptee, or trusted professional in the field, followed by relaxed conversation and connection. Parents can ask honest questions, share stories, and find support, while children build friendships in a safe, supervised environment. There is also space for prayer, quiet reflection, games, or simple conversation — whatever is most life-giving in the moment.

Whether you are actively fostering or adopting, caring for a child in your family, or beginning to wonder if God may be calling you into this story, you are welcome here.

Gather & Grow is led by Jackie Kellogg and Dee Ann Symington. Childcare and light refreshments are provided, and there is no cost to attend. You are welcome to come to any or all gatherings.
