On Good Friday, men are invited to take part in a powerful time of reflection and discipleship through Men’s Cross the Park.

Together, we will carry a wooden cross through North Park as a tangible reminder of the cross Jesus carried for us and His call to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him. As the cross is passed from man to man along the route, participants will have time to reflect on the weight of the cross and what it means to follow Christ with our whole lives.

We will gather at the cross at the entrance of our church parking lot at 10:45 AM before heading to North Park. From there, men will take turns carrying the cross along the path toward the first pavilion. Depending on participation, the route may extend further around the lake.

This experience is intended to be both physically and spiritually meaningful as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus and consider what it means to faithfully follow Him. Please note that the cross is very heavy, so this event may not be suitable for those with physical limitations.
