This Sunday we are going to see that John the Baptist has some doubts about Jesus being the Messiah who is to come. Doubt is a topic that we don't often talk about in the church yet it is important for us to face it head on. That's what we see John the Baptist doing. Yet we will see Jesus give John at least three reasons why he can trust that Jesus is the one to come: The Power of His Presence, the Point of the Prophets, and the Perseverance of Wisdom.
